PS4 - Please Remove PNG Dialog bubble from its actual position - it hide our abilities

I am sure this have been discussed many time, but on PS4, Dialog bubbles are badly placed...
Each time i am in PVE (Space TFE) or single player mission in space fight, and a PNJ start speaking, it hide your abilities, the PNJ dialog bubble are on the right of the screen, as our abilities, why not putting those dialog bubbles on the left of the screen, just under the chat window ?
For you it would be nothing to do, just change some coordinates, but for us, it would add a great comfort, because we can't see our abilities (space/science/captain/engineering/tactical) during fight, as soon a @#$ PNJ start speaking, the most vital information are hidden...
The worst mission is the one with Tom Paris too much dialog bubbles (delta flight)...

    It'd be nice to also be able to move and lock where an ability is on the radial menu. I have several ships that use the Cardiassian Console Set, and on each ship they're in different positions. Heaven forbid I add another console ability or have a different amount of devices as well, then everything moves and shifts around to different places again.
