• Same here, the money I've spent in the years were only given as a support for the game and the developers... I don't give a damn for funny ships or other in-game amenities... It was only a way to support them. But in this case it is a matter of honesty and trust. It's simply cheating with an unfair and unlawful behaviour.…

• Same problem here. They replied to my ticket saying that they have no idea on when it will be fixed. Of course this incident is definitively tampering with my trust in arc games, if this will not be solved *VERY* quickly I will discontinue my very long and generous support to the game as well as ask for refund.
