I was talking about the Solanae set. They haven't released any information on the DSD set other than the fact the secondary deflector will be included as part of the set and would be needed if you want the 4-piece bonus.

I think you are limiting your vision a bit. The new set bonus you are talking about is on a deflector, engine, shield, and singularity core set. It isn't locked to the new ship. So we can now have ALL warbirds with a valdore console this 3-piece bonus, and fleet shields. Hurray!

If you are trying to push the new Romulan temporal ships, might I suggest someone look at some bugs in the Temporal Disruption Device. Using any torpedo ability, such as Spread or High Yield, increases the cooldown on the device to the 30 second cooldown of other tricobalt torpedos rather than the normal 20 second cooldown…
