A good point, and it supports the idea that there is need for an option, and even better, a slider.

There was a time when Turret builds were viable too, especially in Sci ships. Is there any point in trying something like that nowadays?

Ship camera zoom is the most glaring issue for me. Isn't this game really all about the starship in the end? I want to be able to see my boat, in combat, in sector space, at spacedock, at a zoom level of my choosing, on the fly.

Busy or not, it's kind of inexcusable. There should have been console discussion forums long before release. Cluttering up the forums with 3 (or 2) comletely different platforms will only cause confusion and does a disservice to console and pc players alike.
