• Frankly the universal stations on t6 ships should work for intelligence and command Boffs. I can understand not allowing it on t5 and below, but anything specifically made for DR should allow this flexibility.

• When you added a new specialization tree you should have refunded points to people. It's incredibly annoying to have wasted points in the Intelligence Tree simply because that was the only primary specialization only to have an infinitely more useful tree added shortly thereafter.
