Has anyone with a non Alienware PC installed the lighting software just to see if it would by pass it?

They are working on it, from all the responses we have gotten on tickets. So at this point we just have to wait. Yeah it's annoying but they will get it fixed. Hopefully today.

Same basic reply. So at least the Dev's have acknowledged the issue exists.

They escalated my ticket. So there is that. Now we wait.

Their chat support opens at 10:30am pacific, I plan on escelating the issue then.

I'd recommend everyone having the issue open a ticket. More likely to get it fixed quicker then just posting here.

I've tried a force verification, downloaded the lightfx.dll from above. Tried the different proxys. Still not working.
