  • I and my 10 strong cherry epohh chorus agree that this is indeed a fiasco. I have no idea why people think the word fiasco is somehow exclusively tied to world-ending events for some reason. Unless the definition has changed in the 40 odd years (okay, they haven't all been odd. Some have been even) that I've been hearing…
  • Cherry Epohh. Or I'd at least remove the bug that kept me from mashing them up in machine (or whatever happens to them in there) in exchange for marks.
  • Any chance we can get a nice box with a bow (and a tag on it that says "Do Not Open until next Q Holiday Event") on it to put all of our cherry Epohhs in please? Or - while I'm wishing for stuff that's not going to happen - how about a small free inventory expansion for our pain and suffering, and to make up for space that…
  • I suppose there's some logic in that. :D
  • Why? I've already stated there's nothing I want to buy for Zen...or for Dilithium for that matter. The rates have been way lower in the past, and even if they go back up, they'll eventually drop back down again. *shrug*
  • Technically, the only official things that are canon are the CBS/Paramount released TV shows and movies. Anything else, including the comics(even though the JJ Trek comics are said to be canon, because the movies writers are - or at least were - involved with them, they can and will be ignored if they contradict the future…
  • agreed. I've never spent lobi on consumables. There's just no need for them. As for spending Lobi on ships to sell them...I've already got billions of EC...so I really don't need that either. Plus I've got the ships I want already...mostly. wow...I hadn't realize until now what a waste of time it was getting all of this…
  • It's taken about 5 or six months of running DOFF and Admiralty missions (sometimes on 1 or 2 characters, sometimes on all 7), and consciously not spending the dilithium on anything. Though I did do some upgrades here and there which ate into the pile a bit. Oh, and I picked up a couple100k worth of the Phoenix prize packs…
  • I liked the Tzenkethi as described in those novels, and was hoping that they'd keep towards that style... ...but these things look really cool, so I guess I'm fine with them going another way. Besides, the descriptions of Tzenkethi tech and environments in the novels would have been pretty tough to reproduce in a combat…
  • why is that? Seems to me that as long as I don't refine any more ore, and I can keep accumulating unrefined ore, I should be mostly okay. I mean, of course I'm going to spend it, or transfer some of it to one of my other toons maybe, once I grab a screenshot at the 10mil mark of course. :D
  • I swear that nearly every "research epohh tags" (or whatever it's called) doff mission seems to resolve with me having another cherry epohh in my inventory. I've got like 10 of the little buggers now. That's a lot of marks that I'm going to miss out on if they don't fix this issue.
  • How is it possible that they seem unaware that this issue exists at this point? There have been numerous thread about it in this forum, and at least 3 posts in the patch note thread itself, and no response to acknowledge that they are at least aware of the problem...which I'm almost certain they are. If I was only going to…
  • For some reason, the old Drawn Back Ponytail was removed when they put in the high forehead version. There was no logical reason for it to be taken away, as the high version was put in for "new" Klingons, while the regular version is more appropriate for TOS era Klingons. I wish they'd add it back in as well. Always in…
  • I love Star Wars just as much as I love Star Trek, and I think Carrie Fisher was not just a great part of Sci-Fi history, but also seemed to be a genuinely kind human being who did a lot to shine some light on the struggle that those with mental illness face. But if the developers haven't done anything to commemorate the…
  • Having the same issue, the cherry Elder Epohh is taking over my inventory. These things are worse than tribbles. They need to retire some of these epohh's after this year I think, or come up with a better way of listing them in the UI. it's a bit unsightly.
  • The C-store unlock IS an account wide unlock, as others have said. So you can have 1 billion per character. I know, because I have near that on several of mine, and I only ever purchased the unlock once.
  • You said that there wasn't any color, I was simply saying that Klingon weapons of the TOS era didn't have any color on them in any of the episodes, so besides the lack of silver - which I agree is lacking (though the weapons appear to have some shiny bits, they aren't that pronounced. Of course, they're in the dark, so…
  • Those are klingon disruptor weapons, which were grey and silver in the TOS era. Google it and you'll see some examples.
  • They could always expand the 23rd Century map, if/when they ever add more 23rd century content. But it's not really that hard to just just say that Kirk's Enterprise was on a 5 year mission of exploration, so they didn't necessarily have a map to where they were going. Although really...Kirk and crew popped all over the…
  • yeah, it's really not.
  • Aww..dang it. I was looking forward to picking up a 3D printed version of my main ship (if the price was right), but I can understand how it would be hard to make a sustainable profit on something that is still an emerging technology. Sad to see the company fold, and I hope all of the employees can find new jobs. Hopefully…
  • Also in some recent interviews, the devs talked about wanting to do a "universal palette". It's another one of those things they'd like to do if they get the chance. It'd definitely make their jobs a lot easier.
  • I'd love to see some missions that involved disguising your character as a different faction (I.E. Fed character going undercover as a Klingon). It's been done in nearly every one of the series. But as I understand it, the models for Fed and KDF characters would make this impossible. Still, it would make for some…
  • Seems to me that in recent interviews, the devs have talked about wanting to remove as much restriction from the Tailor as they can - including the restrictions to reputation armors and off duty assets - but it's just a matter of finding the free time, or actual scheduled time, to make the necessary adjustments to things…
  • Bored, so I fixed it.
  • I'm in game, but the Dilithium Exchange is disabled, so there's something unusual going on somewhere. Edit: Kicked from the server when I tried to change characters and now I can't launch the game.
  • From what I've been able to ascertain, there's an "invisible" kit taking up the kit slot that I can't remove or replace (either by dragging and dropping it or via the drop down window that appears - in fact, that window doesn't even see the other kits I have in my inventory). I've beamed up and down to and from innumerable…
  • You misunderstand me. I didn't "lose" the kits. They're visible to me - and have been since the patch - they're in my inventory, but I can't equip them on my character like I could before the revamp patch. I've already beamed all over the place multiple times on that toon since then, so there's nothing missing.
  • The fact that they can't pronounce "aluminum" correctly is the perfect reason not to trust the British when it comes to the "English" language.
  • Ah, good point. I don't know why that one completely slipped my mind. Thanks for the reminder.
