Most of that stuff you put up I don't even use ... Some of it like Disruptors I will say it either broke or the tool tip is... I think FBP is broke considering the highest you should be able to achieve is around a 80% return on the DPS your pushing out ... But I have been hit with like a 150% return of the DPS I put out...…

LOL are you freakin serious ... Bops like the B-rel with the advanced battle cloak are more of a nuisance than anything... Sure they can fire torpedoes and mines while cloaked but really unless you are a lame player all they are is a nuisance at best...They are easily takin out once you can actually drag them out of thier…

The only ones you can get at Ganalda is the Daily ones ... I would like to know where to get the wrapper ones at ... I know the klinks get theirs from a NPC named Torbak ... But I can't find him either on 1st City or at Ganalda to get my Rom started getting them...

LOL been there done that even made it a little further all the way to 94.10% of the map loading before I got server not responding message for over 300 seconds then kicked and had to start over

LOL... 1st spent several hrs trying to get the game to patch...Finally got that issue fixed for a 10 min patch ... wow... Now when it gets to loading character select screen it says login failed for unknown reasons so yep add me to the list of it failing and also the list of I'm giving up till they get it fixed ... Well then it should have been a 2.9% across the board for all energy types but it wasnt ... Only Disruptors the other energy types was still at 14. something and its not that I am scared of it.... I'm just pointing out its not doing what its suppose to which means it broke....

No havent did any testing at all in combo with DEM... I only tested the proc on disruptors period ... but 2 ppl I know had a disruptor proc while testin that took resist from 32 to a - 8 which I didnt even know you could have a neg resist... My fed fleet been running multiple tests and its all disruptors not just the high end ones

yeah I know what you mean ... I am not used to being vaporized myself so when it happens I question why... Which is what led to the testing... I had a bug never got thru my shields but vaporized my hull and he was running disruptor dual heavy's and disruptor turrets no mines or torpedoes but his alpha in combo with DEM…

Not sure if you are patching same game as me or not ... But most patches I get only take around 10 min or less to patch... Even when I switched computers and had to install game and then patches that whole process only took 5 hrs ...
