I've only seen one person in ESD chat say that they've received a refund of any kind, and it appeared to be solely in Zen - they reported having approx 30k Zen at the time. As so many here are saying they've been denied, is it possible they've sorely underestimated how many Mac users there are, and misbudgeted for the…
Just came in to post about my own experience, and am both glad and disappointed that I'm not alone in this. To make matters worse, I manually cancelled my account on the 5th, yet still got billed on the 10th! So far no comment from them on this matter. "We will be reimbursing any Zen that was purchased through Arc or Steam between October 1, 2015 and today to your Arc Account Balance." What makes you think I'll want to risk playing any of your other titles after being treated like this? Refunds should be complete! Hell, I've sunk more money into this game since the…
I don't know if I have the pack or not, because I deleted my old install as part of Standard Repair Technique #1 - if software fails, delete & re-install. Well, the game still won't re-install - the small file that's supposed to download the rest of the client runs its self-check, then hangs up. Any ideas?
