There's no excuse for this, to make this right EVERYONE who was playing should get something, a lot of folks just lost out on some in-game valuables, game progress, etc. They know it's going to be a heavy load with the major updates, prep your servers!

This seems to happen almost every time a major update hits, shouldn't they taken this into account already?!
