It's not just you, and it's not just STO. I just had problems logging out of Neverwinter, and when I tried logging into STO, I got an "Unable to Authenticate" message at the login window. Having the same results through both Arc and Steam. Looks like the cannibal tribbles got into Cryptic's wiring again...

I'm having an even bigger bug with the Dielectric shield: it's saying I already have it (I don't) and that my inventory is full (it's not). It's apparently in my overflow bag, which won't open. GM ticket submitted and hoping for the best...

Every time my KDF toon moves between space and ground, my skill trays (ship or ground) and BOFF's get shuffled and I end up with half my skills missing, BOFF stations empty and so on, even if I lock the tray. Then why did I not have this issue before season 9? I certainly did the large fights plenty of times and never saw it. Don't try to defend bad programming; Cryptic needs to do their jobs and fix it.

I have this same issue with weapons and shields disappearing on Crystalline Catastrophe. I did NOT have this issue before season 9. Something changed with the patch, and not for the better.

I have this same issue, and also the observation that the chat system in STO is downright primitive and user-unfriendly compared to other games such as WoW. It really needs to be brought up to proper modern MMO standards.

A game that's four years old should have had basic technical issues like server stability resolved long ago. Cryptic should be downright embarassed by how this game malfunctions all the time.

Support ticket submitted. It took me about half a dozen attempts over the course of two days to finally get through the entire mission. This mission is more broke than a honest Ferengi.

I used Phasers for most of leveling up my Scientist, switched to Tetryon at Tier 4 and been using them for PVE since. Their ability to knock down shields is straight evil when combined with Tachyon Beam, Energy Siphon and Subsystem Targeting. Take those shields down and keep them down...
