"Entangled in the Briars" CRASH

This is regarding the "Entangled in the Briars" Federation mission during the Klingon War episode. I have just experienced two crashes during this mission, both during the ground phase.
The first happened in the room with the two captured Federation scientists. Just after I rescued the first scientist, the game crashed. My monitor went black, then after several seconds it went to dekstop, popped the STO error window and I reported the error. The error message (which I saw only briefly) said something about "DXGI"; that and the black screen video character of the crash make me think it was something to do with DirectX.
After checking all game files, I restarted the game and tried to pick back up with the mission. I started in the scientist room, surrounded by respawned Klingons; inconvenient for me, fatal for them. I cleared the room and moved to the next area.
In the room with the secret weapons, I had just planted my third spatial charge when I experienced another black screen crash. This one, however, did not recover; it locked up my computer entirely, forcing a hard reboot. I haven't yet logged back in to try again.
I seem to recall having these same problems on this mission with another character, but that was some time ago so I can't provide details.
Some computer data: Intel i7, Windows 8.1, GeForce GTX-660Ti video, all the latest updates and drivers.
Serious issues with this mission...please get them fixed. Thanks.

Just run through the mission just now. Unforunately I did not experience anything that you have previously described. Only thing I can suggest is run force verify on the launcher options to see if there is any corrupt files. Secondly submit a support ticket.
