I don't think it has anything to do with having used wine or bootcamp. I didn't and I've not got anything in my promotions other than the hoverboard.

Your not the first one on this thread, but you may want to start a new one to get their attention? I played a good 30 min last night (my time) until the server went down, so usual service has resumed. I had to put the graphics down to min and medium settings.

So many CAPITALS read through there. Really bad for a man with a visual impairment. Looks like there's lots of us affected by the bug. It's probably the graphics, I know mine has problems with the shadow settings.

Some of them have got to fury rather than simple anger. They got given extra cool stuff, how can that be so bad. You'd think Cryptic stole their TV.

That's what I was hoping. Didn't notice it was for just one character. My Trill Scientist got it, I'm sure she can use it wisely. A different gift each day, R&D was Monday, Tuesday was TMP uniform, Wed (Today for me not sure about PT) will be something cool hopefully. Though from above I may try TMP uniform in various colors since really the horrible thing about it was the pastel shades they were forced to wear.

Not sure I'll ever use it, but free is free and lots of people will like it. Hoping for some ships and even uniforms in the next few days. Bound to be something fun, even if it is something to make one of my characters look ridiculous (It's one way to pass insomnia induced mornings :) )

It's been working ok for me for the last 5 weeks or so. On medium graphics, I'd love to run it on max though. I think it's the shadows though.

I'm still learning about the whole game and how everything works, I know Tribble is the testing bit but how long before the patch there is put into the main game on average?

The client just tried to upgrade to a new version, I got a message saying unable to patch and now I can't even open the game. At least I don't need to wait for it to crash now.
