Hello,
We've received other reports of this same issue. It is a known issue and the developers are currently investigating.
Unfortunately Customer Service is unable to resolve the issue directly so we will need to wait for the fix to come from the development team.
From our current information, a potential fix is expected to come on this date: Emergency Maintenance 7 AM 10/8/2021

That doesn't mean that it shouldn't have material selections, and window options. It also doesn't mean that there should be a blurry spot where the ship name should be in front of the bridge window. Like it or not, some things are wrong with it and need to be addressed.

The Sagan class ship now displays the correct model, however in the ship customization window on ESD it still shows the Parliament with no way to change anything. Is there any customization for the ship? Will this issue be addressed? The ship cost too much for these issues not to be addressed. Thank you for looking into…

The ship uses the correct skin now, however there is zero customization options and if you go to the ship customizer all you will see is the Parliament class skin. Oh, and yeah still no new bridge. Come on guys these ships are expensive we deserve more for the money.

I like that the game is big and unbalanced. I like trying to figure out how to do the best I can while flying my ship of choice. Nothing is so overpowered that it has bothered me all that much.
