• sov42, that would explain some things, that is about the time I actually started having this problem, guess I just go to be one of the lucky new ones. In fact had no problem with this during the first week of the Delta Recruitment event. My first recruit had no problems, but I haven't been able to complete it since.

• Not exactly, having just leveled a Fed recently, Rom episodes work the same way. If you completed them on your way up they are unlocked for replay in any order. If you haven't finished them all you have to do is: go to the start of the episode list, and hit the Skip button, under each episode. At 50 you should be able to…

• While I have U-Verse this is the only game I have that is affected by this (SWTOR, TSW and WoW are working fine.)
