Reconfirming that I still do not gain any Endeavor Exp despite doing Endeavors every day, and that my count is still stuck at 606. Please help, or just credit my account with the 150 points I already earned. Thank you. And please stop closing my support ticket until my account is fixed.

Me too, and still not counting progress. The worst thing is that support keeps trying to close my ticket with "Solved", despite them clearly acknowledging that it isn't fixed yet.

My ticket was closed but it is not resolved and should remain open. I have not received my backlog of points. And my account is broken and I am still unable to earn any new Endeavor points. Confirmed every day since the cap was raised, I have not earned new points (and am stuck at 606 points).

Thank you for following up! I used my free token to test on Tribble and success! The forums moved my original follow-up to the top of the thread (because I marked it as the "Answer").

Just affirming that my situation and experience is nearly identical to yours. However, my main toon (the one I do most endeavors with) is my original toon from launch. I did have 6 points on my eng alt that ONLY does shield healing endeavors - which is about expected. I hit the cap on Jan 9, 2022, and should also have 170+…

Yeah, I'm really hoping that Cryptic will be able to confirm/deny. FYI, while they do appear somewhat unique now, I think they were fairly common "back in the day" - I know I'm not the only one who has one.

That is the best suggestion so far and I will do it if I get one, thank you! I probably will not spend my limited resources to do testing, so I hope a dev/QA is able to test this first and report. My concern is that the token is probably hard coded to promote boffs to Commander (even if they were already higher rank).

Anywhere there is lag, autopilot is unreliable. I tried to autopilot and my ship literally sat and spun 360's until I repeated the exact same actions, then it took off in the right direction.
