Missing Perk Points

I submitted a ticket on this, but was told to post about it here, that it's a known issue awaiting a fix from the dev team.

So I'm here to say "Me too!" I guess.....

I did Endeavors pretty much every day since "max" and got 4 (four) Perk Points in the new update.
My wife, who played much less often, got over 100!

Since then, it has added one more Perk Point (5 now), and is now counting progress again, but I seem to be "short" a hundred or more perk points judging by the reports of other players.

    Me too, and still not counting progress.

    The worst thing is that support keeps trying to close my ticket with "Solved", despite them clearly acknowledging that it isn't fixed yet.
