I was able to get my BOffs assigned and working after hopping into a Delta Volanis "Explore Unknown System" mission. Just leveled up to a new ship. Yay. Can't assign my bridge officers, not even in Memory Alpha. Boo. Guess I'll have to play with a character that's already set up for now and hope they don't break until this little gem of a bug is repaired. *sigh*
