• Use Spiral Wave arrays and call it a day. They are hands down the best out there. Just use all Spirals on fore and aft except for adding the Borg cutting beam in one aft slot.

• Just use a energy credit buying service to buy 200mil energy credits and but a Lockbox ship. The non Lockbox Ships suck. I'd get a Cardassian Galor, Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort, or Tal Shiar Ship just to name a few, but technically all of the lLockbox Ships are good

• Spiral Wave is hands down the best beam array out there. The only downside is that you must own a Cardassian Galor ship to buy this array from the dilithium store.
