I have similiar problem. After game crash (something with decompressing graphic file, or smth like that) launcher connects, shows version and then get stuck at 'Patching'. I have same problem. First thing i wanted to do after entering tribble for test was to make retraining for new build so i can test few things in one run. But all i get is "There was an error while ranking up your skills." message.

Instead "delete all" button i would rather see button to just delete all mails with subject: "Item sold in the exchange.". If that is to hard to implement then just "delete all" would be sufficient.
