AtB really works with the MU Vor'Cha, so I would reccomend going for it. But without AtB I would consider this. If you want to have the DBB then keep just 1. Take off the torpedo and 1 DBB for 2x DHC, you still have the KCB for some hull dmg. This also saves some skillpoints in torpedo dmg. I like the Borg…

Well it depends on what you want to do. This game is build around dps alot at the moment. So a tactical captain is prefered if you want to do the real max dps. But, that being said...
