I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game in accordance with ARC Support. Not only did it NOT retrieve my old ship costumes that had been lost, but this also deleted all that I had saved since... Bad...

No, I didn’t uninstall it It has been on this computer since I first installed it on this machine when I bought it in 2016. I try not to open or edit game files for this very reason…

Thanks. I created the screenshots folder in accordance with guidance provided by ARC so I can now save new costumes but it of course did nothing to retrieve any of the hundreds lost nor does it explai why they were lost or give me any assurance that they wont be again.

The white phasers are strange...white handle with black body and phaser 1 I've seen in some of the first season but never white handle AND white phaser 1...It is a bad look. Where can I find the black handled, blue bodied model?

It's a nav strobe. It floats disembodied beneath the saucer section. Even if I were skilled enough to capture a pic of the strobe, it would look like a background star...

No vetteguy904, you too are confusing the red and green nav beacons indicating port and starboard versus what I am talking about, the bright white strobes...just sayin'.

I am still waiting to see changes to the Klingon content. My ships look the same, my toons look the same, and the environments look the same. Where do I have to go to see the new content everyone is so excited about?

I'm not talking about the red and green beacons. I am talking about the bright white flashing strobes. If you have to look hard to find them, they are not there, but thanks.

I agree with the originator...random beaming...really? Please let me choose a beam in site like the personnel office, bar, Admiral's office, etc. This is the 25th Century after all...we should be able to get closer that a few hundred meters of our desired beam in site.

Agreed. This is annoying. There must be a way to permanently disable visuals. If not, a toggle in Options would be nice. I have been supporting this for years to no avail. I'd like to see it changed.

This bug does not appear to have been fixed yet...I have encountered it today...Instructed to use mission simulator, which used to be in my ready room but now is gone...I can't find it anywhere but need to replay the Sunrise mission to get the final console item in the group...Has anyone found a work-around?

I have talked with Worf and supposedly been granted the TNG rewards but can't find them...Where do I find the TNG Jacket, etc.?

Thanks for the new Connie skin. Beautiful work! It needs navigational strobes, however, to complete the look...A new bridge and interior would be a nice touch as well. Then, we could move on to the Excelsior and give it a similar facelift?...

I purchased the ability to modify the look of this armor (Version 2 for 250 Omega Marks) but cannot modify the armor. I have gone to the tailor but it is not an option. What am I missing?

I purchased the pack and my female characters have them, but not the males. I like the look and would like to have access to them for my male characters.
