The launcher loads for me: i hit engage and well the game dosent go to the loading screen for cryptic now just freezes, i even reinstalled and download the patches but still becomes unresponsive at the cryptic loading screen.

This is happening on the holodeck as well. Started about 7pm est on saturday 8/5/13. This is getting old as well as all the bugs that have been reported but have yet to be fixed.

oh wonderful now i get message from launcher the web page is offline, we appologize for the inconvienct. Now why not apologize by putting a little surprize in my mailbox?

Its 12:15 pm est and the launcher just says:trying to update launcher pleae be patient, than comes up w a box and says: unable to esablish a contention to patch server Wait isnt this something they should have done on the test server, before they tried it on the live server?
