Don't get your hopes up on getting it fixed..lots of us haven't been able too get into the game since season 8 started..its either the launcher not working..crash to desktop on the Cryptic loading screen or crash to desktop on the character choose screen....every attempt they did resulted in nothing getting fixed and now…

Well as I told before no fix at all...guess this is the end for me then..not even interested in playing anymore after waiting so long and I've been playing ever since the game first started...enough things out there to keep you busy...gonna miss my characters though...it's sad...just sad...

hate to burst your bubble but I could get on tribble and play before and after season 8 launched and I still have the holodeck launching bug with the same error codes as you guys have...so getting on tribble isn't a guarantee it will get fixed..since they haven't put anything on tribble yet that makes sure for a fix.

as I saw it the launcher hardly patched anything..it was way too fast which is unusual..and again if tribble worked for me since day one of season 8 but holodeck crashes on start up what was changed to fix it supposedly ? anyways heres my ticket number if it helps at all : 25664664...sigh* been playing this game since…

but I was always able to log into tribble since season 8 started..just not on holodeck...so I wonder what changes where made if there wasn't a problem with tribble to begin with ?

dunno what people are talking about but I could log into tribble since day one of Season 8..just no luck at getting into holodeck..keeps crashing at the Cryptic loading screen and always at the same loading bar place..somewhere at the end...
