You can chain, 2 EPTX skills if you're paying attention. I would rather use the EPTX cooldown doffs first before having 2 pairs of EPTX skills eating up boff slots. I tend to run 3 EPTX skills in cruisers, and use the third as a supplement. I plan on doing some farming, and at least updating my cruisers consoles, if not…

How you really fix beam overload. Remove weapon power drain. Remove the auto crit feature. Increase it's base accuracy by 10 percent. Done.
