i made my recruit but i not playing it, i waiting for power from Sto'vokor to get again to max lvl, as i not feel klingy :disappointed: but i can't complain tho lot on acting, its solid, i wish that story line for recruit been diffrent then for rest of kling alts

i think your game got unistalled, i saw that also at one of my fleet mates, game was been completly unistalled, so it was been downloading all 13 GBs, tho Arc was showing it as its installed, don't foget to report that bug if its not already. http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/comment/13044929

Yep there is that great project under starbase Window, Coordinate colonisation efforts, it can eat 64 prisoners and even more, as it dumps on lvl of fleet mine discount. i wouldn't tell thats slow, some categories can be maxed to t4 in matter of weeks like espionage, military, science, development and medical. its posibble 23 tho sometimes 26, even got 27, temporal and mirror incursion going outside that number tho those 3 aditional are from fleet embassy, while those more of 23 i have no idea how they get generated and why, tho it happens only sometimes, i guess it has something with those doffs who get in sickbay.
