• Yes. I'm not sure why but I think it has something to do with the "Overflow of the Overflow Bag". I "stored" most of my Reputation Equipment Requisition Packs in the Overflow Bag. At some point there was a change (or Bug), that prevented anyone from opening Packs in the Inventory, if you had unopened Packs in the Overflow…
