We have a knack of finding broken mechanics quickly and reporting them to the devs. I am not saying they are not fun to play with, but to promote them and keep them on your league table after they are…
So you're actually saying Gerd's screenshot is a fake and he didn't beat you (twice)? Why should he lie? He's one of the best vapers out there. You record your losses but you don't publish them. What does it tell about you? :D An advice to all your opponents... record the match yourself.
Have a good time producing that vid. It's pretty easy to identify your fake screenshot. All you need to do is to take a screenshot of the final score of a match and check if the player names are placed directly under the colored bars like yours or slightly to the right. Gotcha!
The links are fine. Romulan plasma are sub par, just two mods and lower base damage. You don't need any procs if your NPC opponents are annihilated in seconds. I'd go for full AP, esp. on non romulan chars. The Obelisk set is the best damage boosting set out there (Ar'kif isn't free and needs that lousy quad).
Scimitars: Ryans Build https://auth.startrekonline.com/#char%28RyanSTO%20Live@Ezri_Carter%29/ship/equipment 53,7k DPS in ISE: http://oi44.tinypic.com/34ybi4h.jpg Current ISE record: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJ7NGSYzTHo just ask one of them for their builds, the scimis were around 24-28k.
I'm just curious... Phased tetryon weapons' shield damage proc sometimes crits, too, i.e. the average total damage per proc is like 2.000, a crit hits for 5.000 shield damage. Are those crits related to a critical hit of the weapon itself or calculated individually?
