This happens often to me too, but I never considered it as a real bug, however... When opening the PVE queue Azure Nebula Rescue is pre-selected and whatever else I double-click I'm queued for ANR instead. My workaround is first to click (select) the mission I want and then double-click (join) it to queue for.
