i was playing fine. now when i log in with any character it gives me a message saying: couldnt get map names from map manager.

i think you misread that. the cisco valet is a wireless usb adapter. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game too and that didnt work. the computer stays connected to the router, but loses internet connection.
