• Same here, I logged out after I saw my Bridge Officer portraits disappear figuring it would work and after the Title screen took a while to load I closed, now I cannot get the launcher to work.

• STO twitter commented on the networking issue about 2 minutes ago, so they say that they are working on resolving the issue. It looks like its more than just STO that is being affected.
