The shuttle claim isn't cleanly done, you actually can claim some shuttles from the later timeline while in the 23rd century space dock. It did work for the Scorpion fighter e.g. since Romulan ships were unlocked for all factions....

@developers: About the seat positioning: Please note that the toons do sit clipping inside the chairs as well in some occasions. Can't figure out if it's a toon size or seat type related issue whenever a toon is sitting above or below the actual seat position.

I created a number of new toons during the weeks of double XP and roughly every third had this issue. Pretty sure that's not specific to the TOS Holo crew. If you e.g. play Romulan, you cannot get rid of Tovan Khev. Yupp, traits. Will be gone again if you replay "A Step between Stars" for the other set pieces (if you want them). If it is a bug, it's around since launch basically. I wish they would at least comment if it is a bug or working as intended for whatever reasons....

If your talking about the traits: yes. There are several missions that reset the trait page partly or fully, for example: "Sphere of Influence", "A Step between Stars" or very early in the game "Temporal Ambassador" (the Enterprise-C mission). Not the OP but in my case that is exactly what happened. The skill tree was just 2 days old, did not see any new update and thus it is highly probable that the box is causing the invalidity of the tree.

Thank you for finally fixing this, and on top for fixing it in a retro-active way. I just had to log in the character I did all of the Solonae achievements with some long time ago, and it popped shortly after logging in. Sadly: now there's other stuff to fix (can't assign spec points on the toon I used the level 50 to 60…

At this point, I'd be ok with them replacing the trophy with some other achievement that actually works instead of waiting for them devs to fix it, even if that was one that takes way longer. Everything is better than a trophy you can't get credit for....

Instead of just bumping this, maybe we should try and collect information on what other accolades surrounding the Dyson sphere missions we solved in case the trophy is not bugged but badly described. Notice that for every other trophy there is an accolade that collects the progress on the minor accolades connected to it.…
