You have to complete the Kobali ground zone missions. They were pulled from the main arc but are accessible via the Available tab. I noticed, though plenty of players did grab a screenshot of the original blog before they edited it. Even then you could probably inspect the page and find the time of the edit. Backend of the system logs when changes are made whether the front facing timestamp changes or not.
