I had the same problem, a bunch of Nerve Tonics squirreled away on my boffs. Someone mentioned they couldn't equip them, so I checked, and they were gone. Later I noticed my Overflow Bag button was available, and there they were. Still can neither equip nor delete them, but they exist, so that's hopeful.
