That is a good point, because I saw these bugs, too and immediately thought how could modifiers in the name or icon numbers, stats etc. not line up, EXCEPT if you store the data, attributes etc. several times, in different places, like one attribute ItemLevel for the name, one attribute ItemLevel for the icon number, one…
Here's the screenshot, so you know what I meant.. http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/Khandalf/media/Star%20Trek%20Online/Bugs/Bug010_zpsb1345a7a.png.html One quest description, two different names..
Wow, thank you very much for pointing me there. Sorry Ray, but this won't ever fix itself :( Since they acknowledge this to exist and are unable to fix it without breaking the game, why would they still charge people for it..
And isn't that disturbing? I mean, this bug really obvious shows that their database has been created by someone not competent to do so. Who stores one name, belonging to one entity all over the place? Every 1st semester IT student knows this the one thing you must not do! It creates inconsistencies that can not be easily…
I was pointed to Jarol at Starfleet Academy, he/she is nowhere to be found there.. also, the quest uses two differend names in the describtion, Jarol and Rojal.. he/she propably used a Captain Rename Token from the C-Store.. I am just saying :P
Hi, it's been around two weeks since I renamed my character and still my old name pops up everywhere, here is another screenshot where the name change did not occur: http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/Khandalf/media/Star%20Trek%20Online/Bugs/Bug009_zps51e0157a.png.html
Yep, I already have the respect tokens.. I also did not add any new traits to the character so far, just wanted to know, whether or not I can change the traits the character came with as well. And yes, I read about the perk change here, I just now saw that A New Accord is coming out on 29. April .. thanks for pointing that…
Just went green again.. you know, I personally don't have any problem with problems whatsoever.. whatever can go wrong will go wrong. But Sirius-ly, why do they not even through the smallest piece of information in our direction. Even after a few hours of downtime there is not the slightest hint that the problem has been…
I hope it saved my clothing edits, took me some time to make them.. I'm just saying because I bound a power to another key, started a mission and got DCed while on it before the widespread failure occurred. I could simply log back in at that time, but could not start the mission. So, I restarted the game client, continuing…
No update for like 2 hours on their twitter.. but I bet they are trying to fix this problem so it does not pop up again the minute everything is up and running, as I experienced random DCs and lag around one hour before this failure began to spread.. as others did and mentioned as well.. EDIT: lol .. last update…
