I truly think that people need to calm down just a bit. In a few days the queue will vanish once more and when the novelty of the Romulan faction wanes everyone will be back to their normal instant log in.

To the OP, You are likely downloading a 5GB patch for the LoR expansion. Give it some time and it should work. To the Second Poster, LoR is completely free to play and you are not required to buy anything to play it.
