• Well... I had that problem, i Have high speed internet, probably dsl. A switched it off and conect my pc to mobile phone and patched the game, than I entered the game, where you can chose your character i switched off internet on my mobile and turned on my normal internet and I can play. Maybe this will help someone.

• I have the same problem in Otwock (Poland) And had that problem between 2 pm - 3pm Poland Time ( before the patch) but after 3 pm I managed to log in and play.
