As much as I appreciate the dedication to giveaways and content for users, please fix the known mac issue (or even update us) so that we can be a part of this celebration.
It's moments like these where I'd appreciate some front-faced honesty to have a gamedev or admin say "Sorry guys, there appears to be a real big issue and we're having a hard time dealing with it". Learn to PR.

I too am a paying customer that has been affected by this. Some sort of official response would be appreciated... what is happening with the giveaways, and, more importantly, is there any progress?
