I have the same thing going on for me. No door opening, nothing coming out to face me. I tried switching chars and coming back to it but it did not progress me. I restarted the mission and teh same thing happened. we walk into the area, boffs with me, cutscene, no door opening, no wave one. Edit: After I shut arc down…

mine is finally connecting but I am betting it times out before it finishes. Im west coast as well. Edit: It took a while but I did get in.

thought I was going to get somewhere, looks like I am screwed in finishing the event. I have to head out for my mothers funeral tomorrow, not gonna be able to get back on for the next couple of days I dont think. this blows.

Same here, started around 10 PM last night, got really laggy, then I got kicked out, and could not get back in since. Looks like I will not be able to finish the crystal event because of this.

What is missing from the T5-U that matters? It will likely be a t5, since all event ships get free upgrades to t5-u and if its a fast ship, then its likely a tactical; and on ice indicates Breen.
