No, I did buy the Romulan pack though. I do play all three factions and did buy the lifetime during the beta. I just feel that Destiny Rising pack, which is basically ships; does not provide enough to make it worth while. I may change my mind after I have played after the update, but I doubt it. Shows for me near the bottom of "legacy unlocks" in the C-Store. It is greyed out, but I still can "claim" it.
