This has been reported in multiple threads, and I also submitted a support ticket. I suspect as chris says that at least 1/3 to 1/2 the rejections are due to the bug preventing the ability to accept or reject. The other part of the problem is now there is no limit to how many queues a user can enter - which is ridiculous.…

I have had this issue on multiple ships with Battle Cloaks. I am having the exact same issue on the Xbox One. The character I was logged in to when I made the purchase is unable to claim the reclaimable item to get the BOFF, Bank, and Inventory slots. I have tried logging out and back in, quitting the game and restarting, even rebooting the console.

Same as raemeili said - at the advise of another I uninstalled and reinstalled, seems to have fixed the crashing to dashboard issue and restored missing SFX.

I am also having to reset my auto-abilities repeatedly for both ground and space every time I switch between them, change characters, or log out and log back int (which because of other bugs with this update is near constant).
