I don't know how to check if this has been asked before (so many posts), but are the account wide rewards cumulative? Like, for every 10 levels a delta recruit makes, you get account rewards in reputation marks. So for lv 50 that's 500 marks account wide. Now does this happen only once, or can I farm marks for my other…
