• It Kind of is. Every MMO has server down time. The downtime is actually used (in case as I think you don't know) to improve and update the game. This actually makes the money you spent on the game a better deal as when you do log into the game the next day, the game is better than when you had originally spent money on it.…

• Agreed. It would be incredibly useful to be able to make the android science or tactical. Those added abilities would really turn the boff from being a circumstantially useable reward(depending on what type of bridge officer you need) to an always usable reward.
