I find this so hogwash! You are not Limited to just 4 active Powers / abilities on console. It's just lazy Developers not thinking outside the box! As far as I know the XBOX network is still closed for Cross-platform games. Microsoft has talked recently about maybe finally opening it up in the future, but not yet at this point. I sincerly hope not. Not Nice for New PS4 players to get mixed up in 6 year old accounts. This is a nice opportunity to start fresh in a fully updated game. Leveling is so fast anyway. I just rerolled on PC and managed to reach Level 20 (Commander) in just 3 evenings.
