Oh, you're absolutely right, it would result in people earning it without paying a single dime. On top of all the other stuff, especially as account unlock, that's quite profitable if you're interested in it - and saves about 2k worth of Zen.

Same for me, but the fact remain that OP is right: there's no need to have it play everytime you load Sol or DS9. Once per character is more than enough. I'd argue that once per account is enough, really, but I'll take once per character, if it gets the job done.

I finally found it in game, in the Promotions tab of the Zen Store after multiple relogs. I needed to actually imput part of the name (just "terran" did the trick) for it to appear. But I got it in the end, so that's what matters.
