I was on a discovery toon, I ended up erasing her and making her again and it seemed to let me buy it after that. Also what penalty are you referring to?

Nothing to do with ISP and its all to do with their servers, whenever I have an issue changing to "US Proxy" in Launcher options sorts it. I know its nothing to do with my ISP because I have a monitor on my line and I check other game sources and 99.9999999999999999% of the time they run perfectly fine with lower than 20ms…

Last 2 nvidia cards ive had still work, the last one I was using was a GTX260, still works today in media pc and that thing was running 24/7 for over 5 years.

Are you seriously putting the Breen, Specres, Wasteland and Dominion stuff in the "Available" tab which is already way too cluttered or am I coming to the wrong conclusion?

Tried them all with no luck. Switched over to World of Warcraft for a while, 15ms home and world. Edit Decided to try again "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out"

They couldn't even confirm the broken leveling when VIL was released, all the story arcs were broke for romulan toons for about a month til someone said it was an issue and was being looked into.

Took me 3 minutes for character to load up then another 5 to get past the loading screen, got SNR then disconnect before chat even loaded up.

Cannot get on no matter what, tried without and with EU/US Proxy Server provided by launcher and nothing. Failed to talk to Cryptic servers for initial connection. Please try again. Connection was Idle for too long These two message I got, game has been bad since Thursday, wth did you do?

There is no issue, in privacy settings you can have it so only fleet members can PM you and if turned on you should follow the same system and not be able to PM people outside of fleet.

They still aint fixed this yet, like the mark grind wasnt slow enough with the RNG chucking in a 30m break. Everyone was flying around looking for something but nothing.

I thought that would have been clear in follow up statement about it receiving the same treatment as the Assimilated Cruiser. What about characters that have not been created yet on a players account or those below the Admiralty System Level Cryptic?

This is bull, should have had the same deal as the assimilated cruiser and phoenix craft.

Yes I would, only an idiot would go for that. What makes you think they will keep their end of the deal? Can just make fraudulent claim on card or cancel the transaction, ebay is full of it nowadays.
