It could be the amount of influx on the forum servers that's causing the lag. Gotta admit, there's probably a LOT of people (oh, say around 20,000 on average) checking threads like this and updates to this stuff EVERY SECOND or so.

Same thing is happening to me. I got to where it was loading the map at one point, then it said 'Login failed for unknown reason.' I tried to do a Safe Login, it failed for the same reason. What the Hell, guys.

I've been trying to start my game all afternoon. I keep getting this error with the Patch Client... "The patchclient got a message while it was in a state with no response function."
