There's no fun in playing a mission where you blow up every three seconds. Once again, the domino effect: They fix one thing and another breaks. Getting tired of this.

Okay, i take it all back. When I charged my Zen, the usual number of zen was transferred. However, my receipt from UGC gave me my 15%. Then it showed up when I logged in. False alarm. Still annoying but at least I got my money's worth.

Having the same issue. I received my zen but no bonus. Every time I try to send an email via the support page I get an error message on the page. This is unacceptable. Going to try to send via email. Worst possible customer service ever!

Thanks for your responses. Basically, I am wondering if I should have any kind of store access at this point. You're right, the cutting beam was a project, but at tier 4 (as of this morning) shouldn't I have some sort of access to the store? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with most of the forum here, the UI looks cartoonish. I truly hope it's a work in progress as I can see where you want it to look more like LCARS, so I will give the benefit of the doubt so far. I tried to charge zen today using both a credit card and a debit card. I have used both of these before many times and they worked. I just simply can't modify my character's outfit at all. I tried a full modification (jacket and pants) to a different uniform and it didn't work. I was trying to put on the Next Gen film uniform.
