They have a protected status, probably best to just use that. Dunno why I didn't do that before. Probably because I figured you could reclaim this stuff like everything else.

Yeah, I can't reclaim it. It was on the previous ship, and got trashed when I discarded the ship. Where would I reclaim it from? Dil store tab, or z-store? To me though, it's kind of laughable that they'll let me reclaim a whole bunch of high powered equipment that very much effects gameplay, but not a simple vanity shield.

You're out of luck dude. First, the lifetime sub was never for sale on steam, the only thing they had there was the steam pack, with the steamrunner starship. Lifetime sub, like the packs, was only available on the website, and second, lifetime subscriptions are no longer available. Like, at all. Sorry.
