Pfft, whatever. I bought my R&D packs on December 11th and they're STILL account bound. Customer Service was about as useful as you'd expect nowadays (they can't do nothing about it), so "buyer beware" my fellow captains....

So EXP was nerfed after all huh? That's weak. In any case I've learned to start using the DOFF system to feed my character extra experience between missions so I'll eventually get there. Thanks for replying.

I don't think there's anything wrong with Transphasic Bomb. If anything it sounds like a lot of you are having problems with it 'cause you're trying to use it in the middle of a firefight when it's designed to be an ambush weapon. If you can point to me the article anywhere on this website or the STO Wiki that proceeds it that proves this is the case then i'd be glad to see it, but to my current knowledge the proc effects of all weapons are fixed.

It's probally just bad luck. I usually get blue quality gear off of enemy capital ships when i'm running on advanced/Elite difficulty, sometimes even purple gear once in a great while. Just keep at it.
